Coach Ayumie holds a master's degree in Education (Mathematics) from the esteemed University Pendidikan Sultan Idris. She is the driving force behind educational excellence and quality assurance at HANKidz Leadership Preschool. Her extensive experience and academic achievements make her a cornerstone of our team.

In her role as the Head of HANKidz Leadership Preschool Quality Assurance, Coach Ayumie ensures that our institution maintains the highest standards of excellence in all aspects of education. With over a decade of experience in the education field, Coach Ayumie brings a wealth of knowledge and insights to our institution. Her expertise has been honed through years of dedicated service, making her a trusted mentor and guide for both students and colleagues.

An extraordinary journey that began as an intern a decade ago. Reflecting on Principal Xue Yi’s early days,she vividly remembers the journey of a former student who, at the age of 4, joined HANKidz Leadership Preschool with limited English proficiency and an inclination towards shyness. Two years later, at just 6 years old, that same student confidently stood on stage, addressing an audience of 200 people - in English! Witnessing the pride and tears in his mother's eyes, Principal Xue Yi was reminded of the profound impact she had on not just a child but an entire family.

As the Founding Principal, she epitomizes our preschool's values, creating an environment where every child's journey is nurtured with care, precision, and boundless dedication.

Recognising the tendency to underestimate the tremendous impact a decade can bring, Coach Hanky's vision extended far beyond short-term achievements. He envisioned a future where dreams are not bound by time constraints but flourish through steadfast determination, seizing every moment as an opportunity to thrive. And it is his unwavering commitment that has propelled HANKidz to its remarkable standing today.

A passionate educator whose journey has been defined by the transformation of young hearts and minds over the past 7 years. With a deep-rooted love for education, Principal Winnie has nurtured countless young leaders, instilling in them a belief in their potential and self-worth.

She shares the story of a student who once grappled with self-doubt and fear, hindering her from exploring new horizons. Through Principal Winnie's daily coaching, unwavering encouragement, and the nurturing atmosphere at our preschool, this student underwent a remarkable transformation. Today, she stands as a testament to the impact of consistent support and a positive environment - firmly believes that every child possesses unique superpowers waiting to be unlocked.

Her story is an incredible ride of highs and lows, mirrors the spirit of an edu-preneur. Looking back at her 17-year-old self, Principal Yo Kie never could have foreseen her future as a preschool principal who would touch the lives of countless children.  

A holiday workshop with HANKidz was the moment that ignited her life's purpose. From intern to dreamer, her vision took her on a path to earn a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Joining HANKidz was the next chapter and the decision that fueled her dreams further. In just four short years, she evolved from an intern to a principal, steering her own preschool while supporting our diverse branches. An inspiring journey that reflects the profound impact of discovering purpose and persevering towards dreams. 

Has spent the past 7 years in the field of education, leaving her mark as a guiding light for countless young leaders.  Her years in the preschool industry have been dedicated to fostering the growth of these little leaders, nurturing their unique qualities, and providing them with a space to shine.

Principal Jess believes that every child thrives with the unwavering support of teachers, friends, and most significantly, parents. Her commitment extends beyond the classroom as she actively supports parents in their parenting journey, understanding that collaboration between school and home is pivotal.

With a remarkable track record, Coach Amy wears many hats with grace and excellence. As the Head of Human Relationships at HANKidz Leadership Preschool, Coach Amy plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive and nurturing environment for our team and children alike. She earned the title of "Teacher of the Year" in 2022, a testament to her exceptional skills and unwavering commitment to the craft of teaching.

Beyond her role as a teacher, Coach Amy is a seasoned trainer and coordinator for leadership and coaching mastery training for adults. Her expertise extends to facilitating Project Y; a transformative mindset training program for adults. Her multifaceted talents and passion for education make her an invaluable asset to our team.
